By keeping the design and assembly of the staging or set in house, allows us to ensure that the look and feel will be consistent and of the highest possible standards. Our carpenters and electricians are all hand-picked and have a wealth of experience in the events business.

EVENT SCHEDULE & DAY PLANNING

Prior to any event, there is often a need to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that they are all allocated sufficient time and resources to deliver their part of the project. LTN can assist with production resource who will co-ordinate and map-out the running order of the day. We like to see ourselves as an extension of your team and can ensure that complete alignment is achieved with everyone involved.

VIDEO CAPTURE, RELAY & DISPLAY

LTN frequently supply video relay to large screen LCD panels along with presenter prompt monitors and autocue. We have camera equipment, operators & editors who can ensure every part of the event is relayed or recorded for later use.

HIGH QUALITY PROJECTION

Often an event calls upon large scale projection in order to engage bigger audiences. LTN is proud to use the latest Panasonic projection systems which have incredible image quality, outstanding reliability and excellent flexibility.  Our technicians regularly use blending to allow super-wide screen displays, tailored to both the venue and client expecations.

SCRIPT WRITING

Some events enlist the support of a copywriter. Providing the appropriate tone of voice, consistent messaging consolidation of the final the script for our clients. LTN partners with professional writers and designers to supply on-screen content – tailored to individual needs.

SOUND DESIGN & MANAGEMENT

LTN Productions has a wealth of experience in sound delivery. Our technicians have experience in theatre, live concert and of course conference productions. We use the latest audio technology and can provide a fully scalable solution from the smallest to the largest of requirements.

POST-EVENT SURVEY PLANNING

In order to evaluate the return on investment from an event, we can develop surveys and audience feedback initiatives. Often these provide the client with evidence of how well messaging had been received.
